My goals for Round 1 of the 12 Week Body Transformation

Lose 10kg
Walk up Mount Lofty in under 1 hour
Go to the gym more
Run 5km

Rewards 

Run the Mothers Day Classic
End of round finale party/workout (depending where it is and funds)

These are my goals for round 1. They will change at the end of the round 🙂
